Cecily Legler Strong has been a popular American actress, comedian, and cast member for 'Saturday Night Live. When she took an improv course when she was nine years old, she began her career as an actor. At first, she wanted to be an actress, but realized that she had talent for comedy. Thus, her main focus was shifted to comedy improvisation. She started her career on cruise vessels with friends of Second City Conservatory, iO Chicago as well as other improv groups. Strong appeared at top events like Chicago Sketch Fest and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has also performed with Virgin Daiquiri, an all-female troupe - as well New York Sketchfest. She made it huge when she was a part of 'Saturday Night Live. She was a co-host on the Weekend Update segment with Seth Meyers initially, and later alongside Colin Jost. One of her most memorable moments was her performance as"The Girl whom you'd like to not have had a conversation with at a celebration'. That same year, she made her film debut with 'How To Fund a Uterus.
