Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows as a teenager. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and came home with 6th place, for the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more proud of the result. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with machines, as well as bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving onto exercises. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her back exercises. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
